Wanlockhead Library

Wanlockhead is the highest village in Scotland. Similar in many ways is Leadhills a village lower down the hill. In the past both villages mined lead, copper and gold of a highest carret. A favourite stop for tourists is the Mining Museum in Wanlockhead.
